What are wax melts?
Wax melts are wickless pieces of scented wax that release fragrance when gently warmed. They are a flame-free alternative to candles, perfect for creating a cosy and magical atmosphere in your home.

How do I use wax melts?
Simply place one or two wax melt pieces into the dish of your wax warmer. Light an unscented tea light underneath (for a tea light warmer) or switch on your electric warmer. The wax will gently melt, releasing its beautiful fragrance into your room.

How long is delivery?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This means your magical scents should arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return items if there is an issue with the product itself. However, we do not accept returns for dislike of a scent once opened, as scent preference is very personal. As a small business, we cannot offer free returns at this time unless the item is faulty.

Do wax melts evaporate?
Wax melts do not evaporate. As they are warmed, the fragrance oil disperses into the air. Eventually, the scent will fade, but the wax itself will remain. Once the scent is gone, you can safely dispose of the wax and add a new melt.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged items and the original packaging. We'll be happy to help resolve this for you.
